1. Returns Eligibility

We accept returns of unworn, unwashed, and undamaged items within 14 days of the delivery date. All returned items must be in their original condition, with tags attached and original packaging included.


2. Personalized & Custom Items

Please note that personalized or custom embroidered items are not eligible for return, unless there is a manufacturing defect or an error on our part. We take pride in the craftsmanship of our custom products and will gladly replace any defective custom item.


3. How to Initiate a Return

To start a return, please contact our customer support team within the 14-day window. We will provide you with:

  • A Return Authorization (RA) number
  • Return instructions
  • The correct return address

Please do not return items without prior authorization, as they may not be accepted or processed.


4. Return Shipping

Unless the item is defective or we made a mistake, customers are responsible for return shipping costs. We recommend using a trackable and insured shipping method to ensure your return arrives safely.


5. Refunds & Store Credit

Once we receive and inspect your return, we will process your refund or issue store credit based on your preference.

  • Refunds are typically issued within 7 business days
  • Refunds will be credited to the original payment method
  • You will be notified via email once your return has been processed

6. Exchanges

If you’d like to exchange an item for a different size, color, or style, please contact our support team. We’ll assist you with product availability and the exchange process.


7. Damaged or Defective Items

If your order arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, please contact us within 14 days of delivery. We’ll replace the item at no additional cost to you.

To expedite the process, please include:

  • A clear photo of the damaged/defective item
  • Your order number
  • A brief description of the issue

8. Return Address

We will provide you with the return address and detailed instructions once your return has been approved by our support team. Do not ship returns to our main office without prior authorization.


9. Customer Responsibility

Please ensure all returned items are:

  • Securely packaged to prevent damage during transit
  • Properly labeled with the return authorization number (if applicable)
    We are not responsible for returns lost or damaged in shipping due to poor packaging or lack of tracking.
